Weight Training

Weight Training and floor exercises are offered again this year in the Garman Lounge. Classes are run by volunteer instructors and are included in your membership. Bring a mat or a towel to lie on. Weights are available or bring your own. It’s a fun group so come get strong and fit! For more information, contact Jane Kaveney or 207.766.5838.
